Indianapolis, November 3, 2015 – A.G. Maas Company, the oldest janitorial supply company in Indianapolis, enlisted the help of local businesses to turn its 100-year anniversary celebration into an opportunity to raise funds for Concord Neighborhood Center, an agency that provides a wide range of family and social services to Indianapolis south side residents.

Taylor’s Bakery, Hubbard & Cravens Coffee and Tea, Colored ThreadsJ.P.Parker Flowers, and Spotlight Strategies are just a few of the corporate citizens who donated products, services and raffle prizes to make the A.G. Maas celebration a success. Anthem’s Jeff Ross won a pair of Colts tickets in the raffle. The celebration, held on October 16th at the A.G. Maas downtown location, “was our way of thanking the community for allowing us to serve Indianapolis for over a century, and at the same time support a neighborhood organization that does incredible work.” said A.G. Maas owner, Laura Sniadecki.

“Concord Neighborhood Center is so grateful to count A.G. Maas as a friend and neighbor. This is great way to kick off the 2015 Holiday Season. We’re excited to use it for a special Thanksgiving dinner and festival for the children and families enrolled in our youth programs. Thank you, thank you!” said Executive Director, Niki Lynn Girls.

In recognition of 100 years in business in the State of Indiana, the Indiana Historical Society is inducting A.G. Maas Company into the Indiana Historic Business Register. IHS will honor A.G. Maas with a Centennial Business Award during their Founders Day Dinner on December 7th, 2015, at the Eugene and Marilyn Glick Indiana History Center.

About A.G. Maas Company
In 1915, Albert G. Maas, began direct selling cleaning supplies from a horse-drawn cart on the streets of downtown Indianapolis. One hundred years later, under the direction of the company’s current owner, Laura Sniadecki, A.G. Maas still maintains that same close connection to its customers by upholding a century-long foundation of excellence. This foundation laid the groundwork for them to adopt a customer-driven, consultative sales style. They are problem solvers, not just order-takers.

No longer bound by the horse and buggy of 1915, and with an expanded product line including site furnishings and toilet partitions, A.G. Maas has become a master at creating the most innovative, comprehensive solutions for their customers. As a full-service facility maintenance supplier, A.G. Maas moves into its next century of service as a forward-thinking and creative partner when it comes to addressing their clients 21st century needs, while expanding their presence in markets like construction and property management. A.G. Maas: bringing 100 years of excellence to your diverse facility needs.
