On December 14, 2010, at the Indianapolis chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owner's Annual Awards Luncheon, Laura Sniadecki was honored as the 2010 Avatar of the Year (young entrepreneur).This peer-nominated award "honors one dynamic, up-and-coming NAWBO-Indy member who has demonstrated creativity and innovation, with a positive, inspiring avatar (definition of avatar: an embodiment or personification, as of a principle, attitude, or view of life). The award recipient must be between the ages of 25 and 40 and demonstrate an uplifting spirit and willingness to help others, while clearly demonstrating passion for the Indianapolis community."
