CONGRATULATIONS to Laura Sniadecki, named Junior Achievement's Best and Brightest of Indy in Manufacturing, Retail, and Services!

Junior Achievement of Central Indiana, Inc. announces the 2011 Indy’s Best and Brightest award winners, presented by KPMG LLP.
At an awards event held Wednesday night and attended by 500 guests, 100 of central Indiana’s most outstanding young professionals, age 40 and under, were recognized as being Indy’s Best and Brightest Finalists. Event Chair and CEO of ChaCha, Scott A. Jones, addressed the crowd and recognized the finalists as community leaders. All finalists were honored on stage, and received an award. One individual from each category was then announced as the Indy’s Best and Brightest Winner.

Announcing the Newest (and Youngest) Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club of Indianapolis

During the Tuesday lunch meeting of the Rotary Club of Indianapolis, Henry Sniadecki was recognized by the club as a Paul Harris Fellow (possibly the youngest). He was presented with a commemorative certificate and pin. What a special honor!

Henry Michael Sniadecki arrived August 26th at 1:19am. He weighed 8lbs 7 oz and was 21.75 in long. Mom and baby are healthy and happy (evidence: picture to the left).

On June 23, 2011, Laura Sniadecki took an oath to serve on the Board of Directors with the Indianapolis Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-Indy). Tour of United Water...Hold Your Nose

Laura, who is currently serving on the Board for the City of Indianapolis Department of Public Works, had an opportunity this week to tour the Belmont Wastewater Treatment Plant.

She comments that it was educational and enlightening to see the process and facility through which our wastewater flows to be recirculated.

(Laura is expecting a baby in 2 months).

A.G. Maas Drives Down Hunger with Church Brothers

For the second year in a row, the A.G. Maas Company is proud to support their neighbor, Church Brothers Collision Repair, in their Driving Down Hunger campaign which benefits six area food pantries. More than 12% of Hoosiers live in poverty according to the Census Bureau.

Our donations are delivered directly to the great people of the Concord Neighborhood Center, just down the street from the A.G. Maas Company. This year, we were able to include toilet paper, gloves, and other cleaning supplies which they also appreciate.
